Hi, I’m Bonnie Kerlin

About Me

Bonnie began her career as a performing artist at Universal Orlando, where she spent more than a decade performing, training new cast members, and coaching role-specific movement. This experience gave her firsthand insight into the physical demands of high-level performance and continues to shape her understanding of what both performers and athletes need to perform consistently while staying healthy.

While building her professional experience, Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science with an emphasis in Human Performance followed by a Master of Science in Kinesiolog. That same year, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), allowing her to integrate evidence-based strength and conditioning with hands-on treatment to provide a comprehensive approach to performance, recovery, and injury prevention.

In 2019, Bonnie founded Perform-able, where she combines massage therapy and strength and conditioning to support athletes, performers, and active individuals through individualized treatment and performance programming. Through her private practice, she has worked with Olympians, Broadway performers, Cirque du Soleil artists, NCAA Division I athletes across multiple sports, and clients ranging from recreationally active individuals to elite professionals.

Bonnie joined the medical and performance staff of the Orlando Pride (NWSL) as a Massage Therapist, supporting professional soccer players throughout training, travel, and competition. In 2025, she served as a Massage Therapist during the inaugural season of the Unrivaled Basketball League, contributing to the development of recovery and performance standards while collaborating with athletic trainers, physical therapists, and strength and conditioning professionals. That same year, she joined the Atlanta Dream (WNBA), where she continues to provide massage therapy and recovery services throughout the team's competitive season, travel schedule, and game-day operations.

Today, Bonnie's work spans professional sports, elite performing arts, and human performance. Her experience as both a performer and clinician, combined with advanced education in sports science and kinesiology, allows her to understand the unique demands of each population while providing integrated care that helps athletes and artists recover effectively, perform at a high level, and sustain long-term health throughout their careers.

In addition to delivering hands-on treatment and performance training, Bonnie is passionate about education. She provides manual therapy, corrective exercise, and movement workshops focused on recovery autonomy and long-term resilience.
